Throughout her career Michelle has had diverse responsibilities and leadership roles in the areas of qualitative marketing research, product development, project management, advertising, communications, and direct marketing for companies such as Procter & Gamble, BellSouth, and Cincinnati Bell. She is also experienced in public speaking and has enjoyed sharing her marketing expertise as a graduate level professor.

Michelle has a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Northern Kentucky University and an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
